However, if we are unable to resolve the issue, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase date.
  • Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for purchases made after 24 hours.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that violates our terms and conditions of use.
  • We are unable to provide refunds for quality issues related to the client’s internet connection, as this is beyond our control. The customer is fully responsible for the quality and stability of their internet connection and must ensure that their connection is sufficient to receive our IPTV service before proceeding with the purchase.
  • Refunds are only available if the reason is reasonable for customer service and due to an issue with our service.
  • If you wish to request a refund, you must contact our customer support service and provide a detailed description of the issue encountered. Our team will review your request and make a fair and reasonable decision based on the evidence provided. If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse any return request that is not reasonably founded or violates our terms and conditions of use.
